Crude oil prices increased as the data emerging out of Australia, Japan and China signaled that the recovery process in the global economy had strengthened. July futures for WTI Cushing was around US $75.5/barrel and for July delivery Brent was quoted at around $75.30/barrel in Singapore market.
Price of LDPE Injection grade remained unchanged at $1465/ton in Asian and European markets. In S E Asian market price of LLDPE injection price was in the range of $1325-1330/ton.
Prices of PP Raffia and Injection grade in S E Asia traded in lower ranges at around $1220-1230/ton. In the US the majority of players forecast the homo-PP injection range at lower level around $1234-1256/ton.
In Europe PP market offers and reported deals were in a range €1280-1310/ton. In CFR China, Raffia offers at $1220-1230/ton had become commonplace but did not attract buyers.
