SPEHRSH campaign to support jute industry

The Society for protection of peace, environment, human rights and social health SPEHRSH has started a campaign against polythene to save environment and to minimize use of polythene bags under the president ship of President Manuj Kesar and distributed jute bags among people who visits market today.

The bags were distributed free of cost this evening by the activists. They also spread awareness among people to reduce the use of plastic bags and plastic products to save environment.

“The organization has distributed jute bags to reduce use of plastic bags in the market and save environment,” said President of SPEHRSH Mr. Manuj Kesar, adding, “The organization has not been able to distribute jute bags to all the citizens because of financial problem.”

It is sort of awareness that people should come forward save nature and mankind. It is duty of every citizen to eradicate use of polythene bags as it has been banned by government of Jammu and Kashmir he further added. Other activists present on the occasion were Indu Rekha, partap Singh, Aditya Verma, Jhoney Kumar, Ajay Kumar, Navdeep Singh, Pankaj Mehra, Ragini Kesar, Suman Sharma.
