Sales of cationic filament products amplify

Last week (June 28-July 4), polyester filament market extended its rally from the previous week, due to which sales of cationic filament products also amplified.
From the point of market price dynamics, overall price level increased by 200-400 Yuan / ton in the first half, but with the decline of polyester filament market, beginning from July 1, cationic market stabilized.
Amongst the trends of the week, FDY50D/24F, 63D/24F, 75D/48F filament and DTY150D, 200D filament saw better sales, of which, sales of 75D/48F cationic yarn were more remarkable.
It is learned that the product is used in production of cationic fabrics, such as cationic chiffon, cationic, nylon and polyester fabrics, which are hot selling products at present.
New capacities of downstream weaving, texturing enterprises are rapidly expanding and polyester filament market has extended its purchasing power from earlier time.
Sales of semi-dull and FDY black filament are strong and supply and demand is balanced. Therefore, cationic filament market is expected to have a weak correction in the current week.
