Outcome of ACIL Cotton Industries Ltd Board Meeting held on July 20, 2010. ACIL Cotton Industries Ltd (ACIL) is planning to setup a AGRI-HUB for Distribution chain will deal in all types of Agri products which are grown in various parts of the country. From Spices, Grains, Pulses, Oil & Oil Seeds, Sugar, Jagger, Gaur etc. The products will be procured keeping in mind various trends, fundamentals, sowing, harvesting and the output of the crop, demand, and supply situation. All the products are going to be of best quality and purchased in 3 Varieties i.e. Supreme, Standard and Economical.

The purchase strategies is the main strength of this concept where the Company is going to concentrate to purchase directly from the main producing market with trend update and giving change over to complete purchase cycle. Dealing in all Domestic market, various trading opportunities, Import and Export, Small Scale Agri Commodity Store.

The Company head office will be located in Vadodara, Gujarat. Company will initially invest Rs. 50 million for AGRI-HUB Distribution chain.

Company's AGRI-HUB will expand and build a network in all the main producing areas. Getting benefits of this developed chain being the Biggest Hub with presence in all agro commodities on a large scale in all the sectors of trading, Import, Export, and Retailing.

Retailing only in Agro Commodity with a motto to provide with a combination of quality, authentic, good services at best hard to find rates with a pleasant atmosphere with the warm feeling.

The company will setup farming / cultivation with Innovative Model. The Company will hire 1000 acres Land on LEASE with farmers for cultivation on contract bases. Company will sow varieties of seeds in their fields. Board decided to accept all recommendations given by consultant for success of this venture. The company will initially invest Rs. 20 million for Contract with farmers, equipment and seeds.

ACIL Cotton Industries Ltd (ACIL) Company is planning to setup a ginning mill in the Vadodara, Gujarat to successfully have backward and forward integration between the 'grower' (farmer) and 'consumer' (textile units). Well in advance of the 2011 khaki sowing season.

The ACIL will design the formula and ensured that its farmer members never go short of money and materials during the crucial 100 days of the crop cycle. The contract will assure the farmers easy availability of quality seeds, Door delivery of unadulterated fertilizers and pesticides at discounted rates, export advice and field supervision every alternate week, and a unique selling option thought a MOU with the coordinating agency (ACIL).
