Divots 2011 golf collection features merino wool sweaters

Divots Sportswear, the oldest private golf apparel company in the country, is featuring a new range of luxurious merino wool sweaters in its 2011 Apparel Collection.
The long sleeve, zip-neck sweater line comes in a blend of 80% merino wool and 20% silk for incomparable comfort, warmth and durability. The collection is offered in both windowpane and argyle designs in an elegant palette of camel, slate and black.
According to Divots President Bob Friedman, "Our merino wool sweater is one of the finest garments our designers have ever created. The luster and hand of the fabric is perfectly complemented by its classic styling and handsome color palette."
The fine fibers of merino wool make for one of the smoothest wool available. Merino also is excellent at regulating body temperature -- providing warmth without overheating the wearer. It also wicks moisture away from the skin, which helps to regulate body temperature.
