Novibra to introduce new spindles & clamping crowns at ITM

Novibra will introduce LENA (low energy consumption and noise absorption) high-speed spindles during the fair. LENA has been designed for tube lengths upto 200-210 mm. Its noise absorbing system assembly (NASA) ensures minimum neck bearing load, vibration and noise level at high speed. Unique wharve diameter 17,5 mm and footstep bearing 3 mm diameter leads in lower energy consumption.

Novibra will also present the clamping and cutting crown CROCOdoff, with a special design of ‘teeth’ for a reliable clamping and cutting of yarn. The crown is operated by the spindle speed and allows an automatic doffing. It will also be available as the version CROCOdoff Forte for coarse yarns.

In addition the CROCOdoff reduces the risk of yarn breakage during start-up, minimises material loss, decreases energy consumption and reduces maintenance.

ITM 2016 is the largest exhibition in Turkey displaying textile, yarn, knitting, weaving, dyeing, printing, finishing and hosiery machineries. More than 1000 textile technology producer companies are presenting their latest models in operation during the fair. (NA)
