Novibra is introducing low energy consumption and noise absorption (LENA) high-speed spindles for ring spinning machines running at speeds of 25,000 rpm at ITMA 2015.

The noise absorbing system assembly (NASA) ensures minimum neck bearing load, vibration and noise level at high speed and with a wharve diameter of 17.5 mm and footstep bearing 3 mm diameter and leads in lower energy consumption.

“Another new product to be presented at ITMA is the clamping and cutting crown Crocodoff, which will also be available as the version Crocodoff-Forte for coarse yarns,” Novibra said in a press release.

According to Novibra, the crown is operated by the spindle speed and allows an automatic doffing, while the improved design of the teeth guarantees a reliable clamping and cutting of the yarn.

“In addition the Crocodoff reduces the risk of yarn breakage during start-up, increases energy consumption, minimises material loss and reduces maintenance,” it added.

The company further added that the Crocodoff is suitable for use with new machines as well as an upgrade also for old machines.

Novibra is the world's leading supplier of high speed spindles and was originally founded in 1920 in Germany, which relocated to the Czech Republic in 1992.

Since 2001, Novibra is a member of Rieter Group and its leading position is based on patented design of spindle insert and the highest quality of the production. (AR)
