Orizio displaying innovative knitting solutions at ITMA

Italian knitting machine manufacturer Orizio is showing its latest innovations in knitting technology at ITMA 2015 in hall 5 stand H 115 and 116.
“High performance single and double jersey machines up to electronic models and a new special machine for high pile and special fabrics for outwear will be displayed,” an Orizio press release informed.
According to Orizio, its efforts in sustainability have helped the company reduce energy consumption and wastes in its high-level engineering products at affordable prices.
Orizio is showing the sinkerless technology from 20 to 80 gauge with 90 feeds on 30” diameter, which is can perfectly knit impressive top quality fabrics.
Introduced this year, the JFP model produces high quality jersey and jersey with lycra for sinkerless stitch structure fabrics.
“Equipped with the performing Orizio LC open frame with electric cutter, pneumatic roll expulsion and a brand new control system with touch screen, the JFP is a feather in Orizio's cap,” it added.
New mechanical developments in the company's machines save wear and tear of needles and also help decrease energy consumption.
“Impalpable and wafer-thin or voluminous, faux fur has always featured in the collections of fashion labels, but it has never been as fresh as today thanks to an unexpected level of innovation,” Orizio stated.
The new Orizio PLE machine version is an electronic single jersey machine for the production of top quality high pile fabrics, with multiple colours high dimension patterns.
It is available in 24 inches diameter with 18 feeders or 38 inches diameter with 24 feeders and in 10, 12, 14 and 16 Npi gauges.
It is also available in standard configuration of two-way technique and is also predisposed for conversion to four-way technique.
“PLE machine is capable of up to six colour reversible jacquards, with one side incorporating the jacquard as pile fabric,” the knitting machine maker informed.
Piqué, fleece and honeycomb on the ground structure are other possibilities with double sided fabric that includes jacquard pile on the other side.
A revolutionary jacquard machine with electronic needles selection with three colours electronic stripers on loop and or ground yarn will also be presented at the show.
The new Orizio model MJF/BE machine model available from 30” to 34” diameter, 18 to 28 gauge, can knit a perfect jacquard striped invisible fleece fabric. (AR)
