Pessimistic market supports lower European ethylene prices

Ethylene prices declined in Europe in the last week due to pessimistic market fundamentals in the region.
In Europe, average prices went down by US$ 55/ton and quoted at US$ 1140/ton in the last week, a reduction of 4.60 per cent as compared to previous week.
Meanwhile in US, average prices remained stable and assessed at 30 cents/pound in the last week, as compared to previous week due to moderate product accessibility in the region.
