Planned outage at INEOS ACN plant in end-Sept

An acrylonitrile (ACN) plant owned and managed by INEOS and located in Teeside, UK will undergo force majeure in late September.

A company official of INOES told fibre2fashion that the plant will undergo a planned turnaround in the last week of September.

He added that the ACN plant with a capacity of 280,000 tons per annum will stay shut for a period of 30 days.
