Propylene prices inched higher in Europe in the last week due to strong demand conditions in the region.

In Europe, average prices went up to € 995/ton in the last week as compared to € 990/ton in the previous week, a growth of 0.51 per cent.

Meanwhile in the US, average prices lowered by 2 cents/pound to 23 cents/pound in the last week from 25 cents/pound in the previous week due to poor upstream energy rates in the region coupled with sluggish demand.
