Propylene prices up in Europe & down in US last week

Propylene prices went up in Europe in the last week ended April 17 from favourable market fundamentals. However, they declined in US, due to mute buying sentiments.

In Europe, average prices rose by € 15/ton or 1.56 per cent and were quoted at € 975/ton in the last week, as compared to its previous week.

In US, average prices slipped by 5 cents/pound last week and were assessed at 30 cents/pound, down 14.29 per cent from its previous week.
