PX prices down in Europe & US last week

PX prices went down in Europe and US in the last week ended Jan 8 from weak upstream energy prices in the region.
In Europe, average prices fell by US$ 15/ton or 2.26 per cent and were assessed at US$ 650/ton in the last week, as compared to its previous week.
In US, average prices contracted by US$ 5/ton and were spotted at US$ 700/ton in the last week, down 0.71 per cent as against its prior week.
