Roland DG Corporation, a leading manufacturer of digital devices, will be presenting its latest line of versatile solutions for short-run and on-demand production in booth 9C16 at Labelexpo Europe, to be held from September 24-27 in Brussels, Belgium. The company is looking forward to joining the celebration of Labelexpo Europe’s 40th anniversary this year.

“The event’s new slogan ‘Move Your Business Forward’ also perfectly fits our objectives,” said Satoko Yoshida, digital printing marketing manager at Roland DG in a press release by the company. “We will showcase a diverse range of live applications, focusing on short-run, on-demand label production and finishing, and including versioning and customisation.”

According to Yoshida, digital printing is of growing importance to the label market as customer demand shifts towards ever-smaller print runs and a growing variety of personalisation and customisation that requires ever-shorter time to market. “Our complete solutions of hardware, software and inks offer great advantages in this respect, as many label printers are experiencing this need today,” added Yoshida. “For example, combining printing and cutting into one production system makes our solutions ideally suited for labels and similar applications. This is one of the key drivers for this market and Roland DG is perfectly positioned to answer this need.”

“We consider Labelexpo Europe a particularly important and motivating show, as it offers us the opportunity to reach a global audience,” said Yoshida. “We come to Brussels not only to address European label printers, but also to capture the US and Asian markets. We see a real growth opportunity to be explored and Labelexpo is the perfect setting for it.” (PC)
