Santex Rimar & SMIT to display textile machines at ITMA

Santex Rimar and SMIT will be showing textile machines at ITMA 2019, in hall 2, booth C106 and hall 4, booth D107 respectively, from June 20-26, 2019, in Barcelona. Santex Rimar is a leading player in the world market of machine manufacturers for weaving, textile finishing, technical textiles, and green technologies for water treatment and drying processes.

“Santex Rimar will once more demonstrate its unique capability to understand customers’ needs along the complete production process in textile industry, testified by the impressive machinery and processes innovation presented at the exhibition, from weaving to finishing to technical textiles, exploiting areas where real added value can be transferred to its valuable customers,” Ferdinando Businaro, Santex Rimar president said in a press release.

Santex will be displaying the Sperotto Rimar COMPAS, the compacting revolution. It is new frontier in compacting woven and knitted fabrics made in natural and blended fibres. The company will also show the Solwa DRYWA, the green sludge dryer that gives efficient and cost-effective sludge management respecting environment and climate, along with ATHENA, advanced deep learning technologies that help achieve quality production standards with Industry 4.0.

The company will be presenting the Cavitec Caviflex, the hotmelt coating and laminating machine with interchangeable coating modules. Isotex Isocoat, highly customisable coating and laminating lines for technical textiles, will be also be seen at the expo. The Santex SANTACOMPACT RD, felt belt compacting for the high-quality finishing of open width knitted fabrics, will be seen at ITMA.

SperottoRimar DECOFAST 4.0, the evolution of continuous decatizing process under pressure equipped with a new high-performance steam extraction system, and the SperottoRimar VELURA DD28, the latest and most advanced solution in the raising technology will be seen at the exhibition.

Smit will display the Smit 2FAST, the flexible advanced shuttleless technology, at ITMA. The Santex Rimar Group Guard One quality control system that helps protect profitability and production consistency will be part of the show. The company will also present the Santex Rimar Group 2SAVE, Smit GS980 260 F8 J, Smit GS980 360 C8 J, Smit GS980 220 C8 D, and the Smit ONE 190 C8 J. (GK)
