Turkiye and Saudi Arabia aim to take their bilateral trade volume—which is over $8.6 billion now—to $10 billion in the short term and $30 billion in the long term, Turkish trade minister Omer Bolat said during President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's visit to the latter.

Several agreements between ministries and business organisations were signed during the visit. Bolat said the agreements would elevate bilateral ties to much higher levels and strengthen economic ties, according to Turkish media reports.
Currently, the annual trade volume between the two sides exceeds $8.6 billion.
Saudi Arabia's Minister of Investment Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih said the kingdom’s investments in Turkiye have exceeded $2 billion.
Turkiye's Foreign Economic Relations Board president Nail Olpak said over 800 Turkish companies operate in Saudi Arabia.
