Saurer to show new innovations at India ITME 2016

The Saurer Group, a leading textile industry group mainly specialising in machinery and components for yarn processing, will show its machinery brands; Schlafhorst, Zinser, Allma, Volkmann, and Saurer Embroidery; Accotex, Daytex, Fibrevision, Temco, Texparts, in hall 1, booth H1B12C1, at ITME India 2016 expo, from December 3 to 8, 2016, in Mumbai.

The ZinserImpact 72 spinning machinery made in India will be shown for the first time at ITME along with Saurer's full range of innovative products.

Schlafhorst and Zinser Ring spinning machines are super-long, super-economical and extremely user-friendly. It lowers production costs by up to 11 per cent and has a footprint that is up to 21 per cent smaller compared with shorter rival machines.

At the INDIA ITME 2016 expo in Mumbai, Zinser will be using its exhibition booth to present the ZinserImpact 72 compact spinning machine in combination with the Autoconer 6, machinery for winding efficiency and intelligent automation.

Rotor spinning machines from Schlafhorst will be displayed at the expo. Allma and Volkmann, as the world's leading manufacturers of twisting and cabling machines, will be presenting innovative products and solutions in the following segments: staple fibre yarns, carpet yarns, tire cord, industrial yarns, and glass filament yarns.

With the FusionTwister, Volkmann will be presenting its two-for-one twisting machine for staple fibre yarns with the best price performance ratio. The FusionTwister is worldwide known for its high reliability as well as best twist quality and productivity due to spindle geometry for special applications, increased spindle synchronisation, optimum package build-up und high-class yarn guiding elements.

Saurer Embroidery, the world market leader in embroidery production systems, will show the latest innovations for a flexible and efficient embroidery production. Epoca 7, the innovative embroidery system with highest level of productivity and performance, will be a part of the show.

The EmStudio CAD/CAM embroidery system that integrates drawing, punching and visualisation, other functions, with the new iSed – the intelligent Saurer editor, will also be displayed.

Saurer Components will present its excellence in filament as well as staple fibre processing at the ITME expo. Saurer Fibrevision will show the Microscan 2 the innovative cable free instrument for on-line measurement of spin finish oil and entanglement at the ITME expo for the first time in India. (GK)
