Textile chemicals producer RACL recently organised a technical seminar in the knitwear hub of Tirupur, to share new concepts from RACL and update its customers on the latest trends in textile processing.

“In view of the latest developments in textile industry, textile chemicals will be key focus for Rudolf Group and we will continue to invest globally as well as in India to service textile customers,” he said.
Dr. GVG Rao, managing director, RACL offered an insight on RACL and the milestones that the company has achieved since its inception in 2011.
He highlighted the global consumption pattern of fibres, which has changed from cotton to polyester and said that Chinese textile exports, which are showing a negative growth rate, are an opportunity for Indian textile makers.
Norbert Haberer, regional sales manager at Rudolf Group gave an overview on the new concepts in textile processing from Rudolf.
Haberer also explained technological advances in textile processing machinery and importance of reducing water and energy consumption.
Shekhar Singh, business head of RACL shared a few success stories of RACL during the last four years which includes CBR processing, yarn lubricants and terry towel softeners. (AR)
