Tuesday: Asian PTA prices increase

PTA prices inched up in Asia due to improvement in buying demand in the region on Tuesday.
In FE Asia, PTA prices moved up by US$ 5/ton on Tuesday and secured at US$ 800/ton as compared to the previous day.
In SE Asia, PTA prices advanced a bit by US$ 5/ton from Monday’s assessed level and recorded at US$ 810/ton on Tuesday.
In India, PTA prices marginally surged by US$ 5/ton and finalized at US$ 815/ton on Tuesday as compared to Monday.
