UK-based apparel personalisation fulfilment businesses Slick Stitch, which offers a full suite of technology-led solutions like warehousing, garment embellishment and consumer logistics, recently acquired DollyMix Boutique, a leading player in children’s wear personalisation in the United Kingdom. Slick Stitch operates in the United States, Europe and Asia.
While Wolverhampton-based Slick Stitch is looking to accelerate growth in the United Kingdom and abroad in the coming years, Manchester-based DollyMix has grown rapidly since it started four years ago and has a huge social media following.
Slick Stitch chief executive officer Inder Jain said DollyMix is a perfect strategic fit with the rest of the company’s business-to-consumer e-commerce portfolio servicing a lot of the same demographic.
DollyMix managing director Kaan Selcuk said the technology and fulfilment models it now has access to will mean its customers will receive an unparalleled service proposition giving us a true edge over the competition.
