Upstream prices push up Asian benzene last week

Benzene prices increased in Asian markets in the last week ending November 13 due to gain in upstream product prices in the region.
 
In India, average prices went up by $10/ton or 1.60 per cent in the last week, compared to the previous week ending November 6, 2015, and were quoted at $635/ton.
 
In Japan, average prices rose by $10/ton to $630/ton in the last week, showing an increase of 1.61 per cent over the previous week.
 
In Korea, average prices were up by $10/ton and were quoted at $625/ton in the last week, an increase of 1.63 per cent compared to the previous week. (RKS)
