Xetma to show textile surface finishing innovation at ITMA

Xetma Vollenweider, a solution provider of textile surface finishing technologies for the apparel, home textile and technical textile industries, will show its latest technological innovations like Soft Touch, Plush Touch, Even Touch, Level Touch, Clean Touch and a new warp thread cutting machine at ITMA Milan trade fair, to be held from November 12-19, 2015, according to a press statement released by the company.

Soft Touch technology dealing with emerising and brushing (X-treme Xeb model), Plush Touch technology dealing with raising, Even Touch technology dealing with shearing (Optima XS1), Level Touch technology dealing with carpet shearing and finishing, Clean Touch technology dealing with fabric cleaning and a new warp thread cutting machine (X-CITE XF) will be presented at the fair, thereby positioning Xetma as 'The Better Partner' for textile surface finishing machinery producers.

Talking about the technologies in detail, the statement said, "X-treme Xeb sets pioneering standards in the field of Soft Touch finishing of textile web. By combining different technologies in just one operation, a more efficient production process can be achieved."

The shearing technology has higher production speed, maximum precision while cutting and the longest serviceable life in shearing units. The unique finishing systems for pile cleaning and polishing of woven carpets and textile floor coverings, complete finishing lines for embroidery articles and jacquard fabrics and a diverse range of cutting systems will also be on display.
