Profit After Tax (PAT) for the third quarter came in at ₹7.78 crore (~$0.86 million), up 1.3 per cent year-over-year, compared to ₹7.68 crore (~$0.845 million) in Q3 FY25.

During the quarter, we strengthened our integrated capabilities and expanded our value-added offerings in the existing and newer markets. As we enter the final quarter of the financial year, we remain focused on maintaining operational stability while advancing our long-term growth priorities,” Dharmesh Dattani, CFO of Vishal Fabrics Limited, said in a press release.
