DiloGroup at Techtextil 2007

Techtextil in Frankfurt is always an excellent forum particularly for producers of nonwovens with technical applications such as the automotive, geotextile, filtration and insulation industries and in composite materials.
DiloGroup – consisting of DiloTemafa, DiloSpinnbau, DiloMachines and DiloSystems – is traditionally present in this sector with a large number of complete production lines worldwide.
New developments in web forming and needling have contributed to DiloGroup's leading position in this field. These developments include the new crosslapper series – Hyperlayer and Dilo-Layer – which complete the production programme.
The Dilo-Layer is a horizontal crosslapper designed for universal use in card/crosslapper installations for the processing of staple fibres. It has been developed to perform at infeed speeds between 75 and 160 m/min.
The Dilo-Layer will process webs of any fibre material and is available for card widths between 1.0 and 3.5 m. The width of the delivery apron may vary between 1 m and 10 m in steps of 500 mm. The layering width itself may be adjusted infinitely.
For infeed speeds exceeding approx. 160 m/min. the Dilo-Hyperlayer is preferred. This high speed crosslapper is a dual conveyor lapper which will process – as the Dilo-Layer – webs of any fibre material and is designed for card widths of 1.00 m to 3.50 m. Hyperlayer model series HLSC can realize web entry speeds of up to 300 m/min.
At outbooth No. 3.OH31-33 we will show numerous examples of needle felted material, for example products for automotive interior linings and also felts to be used in technical applications such as filtration, geotextiles and insulation material., We will also show moulded parts made from natural fibres to reflect their growing importance in the automotive industry.
