The meeting was organised by the embassy of the Uzbekistan in Latvia in cooperation with the Liepaja Special Economic Zone (LSEZ), stevedoring company Terrabalt and the chamber.

Uzbek textile products were introduced to the central districts of Riga through specialised showrooms and retail outlets, with a similar showroom established in Vilnius. Several important trade agreements and export contracts were signed during the trip.

As part of the visit, a guided tour was organised to Lauma Fabrics LSEZ SIA , Lauma Lingerie, and Lauma Medical in Latvia.
