The 178 exclusions, which were scheduled to expire on November 29 this year, have been extended until November 10, 2026, a release from the USTR said.

The extension of the of the exclusions follows the historic trade and economic deal reached between Presidents Donald Trump and Xi Jinping announced by the White House on November 1.

The decision to extend was the result of public comments received and orders from Trump.
