The smart connector will populate the Bamboo Rose platform with 3D data automatically, creating a fast and efficient process to develop new, innovative products, and speed the time it takes to collaborate with suppliers on samples, said Bamboo Rose in a press release.
"We are excited to offer this new smart connector for 3D assets to our customers using Vizoo and Browzwear," said Kamal Anand, chief technology officer, Bamboo Rose. "Clients can now automatically bring valuable 3D data into the tech pack or materials library in Bamboo Rose by leveraging a simple drag and drop interface – supporting deeper collaboration on 3D files, reducing administrative time, improving data quality, and protecting valuable IP."
By sharing data and critical product information within one platform, Bamboo Rose customers will be able to increase efficiency, reduce errors, evaluate materials faster, and experience a deeper collaboration with suppliers on samples in a virtual environment. Instead of having product information, like design and material details, in different places, Bamboo Rose can act as a single source of truth with all data in one location.
Offering an open platform that is interoperable with other technologies is a pillar of the Bamboo Rose strategy. Bamboo Rose architected the platform from day one to help clients analyse and drive value from data across the enterprise solution ecosystem. The collaborative Bamboo Rose platform offers a B2B marketplace to create and design products and facilitate development as well as sourcing and delivery solutions, product lifecycle management, purchase order management, global trade management, supply chain, and financing.
Bamboo Rose's B2B platform simplifies the product creation and delivery process by combining a digital Marketplace with PLM, Sourcing, PO Management, Global Trade Management, and Financing solutions, all supported by intelligent engines for optimization, costing, and scheduling. (PC)
