Bob’s and Eastern Mountain Sports have selected flexEngage, the Point of Sale (POS) marketing arm solution, to provide personalised, customer-friendly printed offers for consumers in North-eastern US. Bob’s and Eastern Mountain Sport’s customers will now be given the option to receive customised printed offers based on their unique purchase behaviour.
Bob’s is the latest innovative retailer to implement flexEngage’s dynamic printed offers within their POS systems. Bob’s printed receipts will integrate with the Best of Bob’s loyalty rewards programme and offer shoppers new and convenient opportunities to engage with the brand in personalised ways, provide important feedback, and return to shop online or in-store.
“We offer a rewards programme where customers earn points for their purchases, when a customer receives 200 points we would mail them a reward. We were looking for a way to give our customers earned rewards instantly at the register instead of waiting for them to come in the mail. We also were looking for ways to engage the customer with instant coupons they could use on their next purchase, and flexEngage offered us the opportunity to seamlessly reach both of these goals,” Kris Viner, marketing manager at Bob’s said in a press release.
