Fashion retailer Rue21 gets Reflexis Workforce Scheduler

Rue21, a leading pioneer of fast fashion which offers men’s and women’s casual apparel and accessories, has selected Reflexis Workforce Scheduler to optimise labour planning. Reflexis Systems is a leading provider of intelligent workforce management and execution solutions for multi-site businesses in retail, food service, hospitality, and banking.

Rue21 also added Reflexis Time & Attendance, Employee Self-Service, Advanced Analytics & Reporting and Mobility. By choosing Reflexis, Rue21 sought to enhance the customer experiences in stores, while giving associates greater flexibility and input regarding their work schedules. The robust mobile solution gives managers and store associates, immediate, on-the-go access to work schedules, including self-service, according to Reflexis.
