Rue21, a leading pioneer of fast fashion which offers men’s and women’s casual apparel and accessories, has selected Reflexis Workforce Scheduler to optimise labour planning. Reflexis Systems is a leading provider of intelligent workforce management and execution solutions for multi-site businesses in retail, food service, hospitality, and banking.

Rue21 also added Reflexis Time & Attendance, Employee Self-Service, Advanced Analytics & Reporting and Mobility. By choosing Reflexis, Rue21 sought to enhance the customer experiences in stores, while giving associates greater flexibility and input regarding their work schedules. The robust mobile solution gives managers and store associates, immediate, on-the-go access to work schedules, including self-service, according to Reflexis.

“We chose Reflexis Workforce Scheduler to replace Kronos. Reflexis is an experienced partner with an outstanding track record of empowering and engaging associates, while accurately forecasting labour demand,” Mary Blodgett, vice president of operations at Rue21 said.

“Reflexis is excited to partner with Rue21 to optimise their labour scheduling processes. We’re thrilled to provide Rue21 with the tools they need to unleash the power of their store associates,” Brett Friedman, chief revenue officer at Reflexis said.
