Logility named leader in 2019 RIS Software LeaderBoard

Logility, a leading provider of advanced retail planning and collaborative supply chain optimisation solutions, has announced that RIS has named the company a leader in 13 categories of the 2019 RIS Software LeaderBoard. The RIS Software LeaderBoard identifies vendors who offer powerful, flexible, and reliable enterprise solutions to retailers.
Logility is named a leader in 13 categories, five of which highlight Logility’s ability to drive exceptional customer satisfaction including: leader in customer satisfaction by tier one retailers, leader in customer satisfaction by mid-size retailers, leader in customer satisfaction for apparel vendors, leader in ease of installation & integration, leader in return on investment by tier one & mid-size retailers, and leader in total cost of operations by tier one & mid-size retailers, according to a press release.
The RIS Software LeaderBoard rankings are determined by combining scores from a customer satisfaction survey with publicly available information from solution provider websites. The customer satisfaction score is based on retailer reviews of criteria that range from return on investment to innovation and quality of support or service. The report also includes ‘Retail Recognition’ which is determined by the number of capabilities and solutions the vendor provides that are focused on the retail industry. The final factor is based on vendor revenue.
