Human Solutions on course for growth; buys AVM

Human Solutions acquired the ERP/PDM provider AVM GmbH & Co ISYS KG on the 30th of June 2011. This takeover means that Human Solutions, together with its subsidiaries assyst and AVM is now the largest sole-source provider of seamless system solutions for the apparel industry throughout the German-language countries.
All 16 employees of AVM are being retained. AVM will continue to guarantee the smooth operation - and the further development - of its installed systems.
“The acquisition of AVM is a big strategic step for us. We can now offer our apparel industry customers a seamless, single source portfolio of "Best in Class" products for CAD, PLM and ERP. In future, interfacing between the different fields of technology will no longer be a problem for our customers.
