Charlotte Russe to use Innotrac eCommerce platform

Innotrac Corporation, a best-of-breed commerce provider integrating digital technology, fulfillment, and contact center solutions, announced that fashion retailer Charlotte Russe has selected Innotrac to provide fulfillment and contact center solutions for its growing eCommerce business.

The San Diego-based retailer was founded in 1975, and currently operates over 500 retail stores in 45 states and Puerto Rico. Charlotte Russe offers fashionable value-priced women's apparel, footwear and accessories that appeal to a broad range of customers.

Innotrac is working closely to integrate with Charlotte Russe's eCommerce platform powered by MICROS-Retail, ensuring a seamless customer experience across all major touch points.
