Intex Consulting GmbH set up in 1995 is a consulting and software company, headquartered in Germany, which offers an integrated ERP for the worldwide textile value chain and is a proud participant at the ongoing global online trade fair - Soft-Tex 2012.

Soft-Tex 2012 has been launched by fibre2fashion, the world’s largest global textile, apparel and fashion B2B portal with an objective to help the worldwide IT sector to showcase their solutions to a focused audience made up of the stake holders in the textile value-chain.

The ERP solution from Intex is specially designed for textile companies and is therefore quick to implement and applicable without expensive modifications. It joins the functions of a modern ERP system together with the plant data collection (PDC) and the process control (MES). Thereby one can obtain reliable information in order to identify problems very quickly. This integration saves costs for interfaces and for operating different systems.

One of the important tools it offers is the "Just in Time" production which keeps the inventory to a minimum, releases capital for investments and reduces costs effectively.

Intex ERP has helped numerous global companies in the textile value-chain to optimize management, reduce response times, improve customer services, produce just in time, optimize capacity utilization, perfect stock management, improve material transportation and optimize purchase procedure.
