Due to a less than favorable experience with their former provider, AKIRA was forced to replace a system it purchased less than one year ago. “There is something to be said for rolling out a new retail management system during the busiest shopping season of the year. Taking this task on during the holiday season was a bit risky, but we had to do it,” said James Christia, AKIRA’s IT Director.
