Marie-Chantal, the exclusive children’s clothing retailer has chosen Eurostop to provide a Head Office based retail management system e-rmis which uses live sales and stocks and is integrated to e-commerce and e-pos. Marie-Chantal has two stores in London and one in Hawaii that sell its unique children’s designs for newborns and children up to 12 years old. Founder and creative director Princess Marie Chantal of Greece and her team create the designs in her studio in London with emphasis on quality of fabric and technical construction.
According to Ben Watts, Financial Director at Marie-Chantal; “Eurostop provided us with the solution that we needed to link our stores and website sales systems, which our previous system couldn’t support. We also chose to have the cloud-based system hosted by Eurostop to remove the need to invest in costly hardware and to enable access and support internationally.
“We expect significant cost savings as a result of being able to manage our stock more efficiently and to have more accurate sales records across our many different product lines. Our investment in Eurostop also supports our intention to grow the business when we open two additional international stores by the end of the year.”
Phillip Moylan, Sales & Marketing Manager at Eurostop said, “We have designed our systems to support retailers and help them manage their business processes which impact turnover and profitability. Our hosted services are particularly suited to businesses with widespread store locations, whether nationally or internationally. They free retailers from the need to procure and manage expensive hardware solutions, yet still enable transactions to be processed quickly and accurately to provide the latest management information.”
