Adoption of Ginesys solution helped apparel brand and retailer Mufti stream-line its processes across multiple functions over its 191 exclusive stores pan-India.

Mufti had a local software solution installed in its stores that presented data synchronization and discrepancy issues. The company wanted a cost effective, flexible solution that would synchronize all its businesses and processes.

The Challenges - The key challenges in catering to the requirements of Mufti included:

- Providing a customized retail ERP solution to manage outlets located at different geographical points

- Mapping sales process with correct tax parameters and stock transfer to EBO

- Understanding traditional internal processes for successful implementation

The Solution - Ginesys covered the complete scale of requirements from Mufti. The product covers all aspects including retail, production, point of sale, procurement, inventory, distribution, accounting as well business intelligence and analytics.
