Epicor unveils 'Retail CRM 7.0' solution for retailers

Epicor Software Corporation, a global leader in business software solutions for manufacturing, distribution, retail and services organizations, announced the general availability of Epicor Retail CRM 7.0, giving retailers a powerful next-generation foundation for winning customer engagement and loyalty strategies.

The Epicor Retail CRM 7.0 solution enables retailers to build deep, progressively beneficial relationships with customers -- in a way that inspires them to develop and maintain deep, lasting relationships with a retailer's brand.

A multi-brand, multi-channel database offers retailers a 360 degree customer view.
