Spider Systems is now Infogain

Infogain Corporation, the California based provider of CRM, ERP integration and business intelligence solutions and services, has acquired the Spider Systems Pvt Ltd located at Pune.
The Spider Systems Pvt Ltd offers Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Oracle database like Oracle Applications, Oracle Fusion, as well as Oracle Retail to its customers. According to company sources, this acquisition is likely to boost its business by 15 to 20 percent.
Till now Infogain offered services for the entire suite of Oracle technology and application offerings including database, EBS, Peoplesoft and Siebel. However, with the merger of Spider, the company now enters into Oracle ERP business.
