May '08
Kineticsware announced the general availability of Kineticsware for Consumer Goods. The new software solution helps consumer goods manufacturers and distributors address top priorities for improving profitability today: increasing operational efficiency, improving the effectiveness of trade spending, reducing deductions and lowering transportation costs.

Kineticsware for Consumer Goods enables companies in the industry to perform critical business processes, such as:

• Trade Promotion Management
• Sales Planning & Forecasting
• Advanced Pricing & Order Management
• Global Data Synchronization
• Supply Chain Management
• Inbound Logistics Management
• Fulfillment & Warehouse Management
• Deduction Management

Kineticsware sees strong demand in an environment where customers' profit margins are affected by rising transportation costs and slow consumer spending. Recent Kineticsware customers include Michael Toschi International, Folica Inc, Innovative Brands LLC and Sunny Delight Beverages Co. "Consumer goods companies are constantly looking for ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their trade spending which can run as high as 10-20% of their revenue.

The fact that Kineticsware integrates the trade promotion process into the rest of the customer's existing financial and operational processes adds tremendous value and accelerates return on investment," said Richard Barnett, Chief Marketing Officer, Kineticsware.
