[TC]² to bring NX-16 3D body scanning system at SIGGRAPH

[TC]² will bring the NX-16 3D body scanning system to Los Angeles for the SIGGRAPH 2008 conference and exhibition August 11-15, at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
Conference attendees will be scanned to have a personal avatar created, and will receive the encrypted file on a USB drive. These avatars can be used for immersion into gaming and other virtual communities, as well as for the creation and virtual try-on of custom apparel products.
[TC]² has also established a data sharing network at imagetwin.com offering products and services available from a variety of providers.
[TC]²'s David Bruner has been selected to participate in SIGGRAPH's Web 3D Tech Talk program on Wednesday, August 13th showcasing the 3D community. Bruner will present “3D Avatars from 3D Body Scans.”
Visit [TC]² at Booth 136 during SIGGRAPH 2008, a premier conference and exhibition on computer graphics and interactive techniques.
