PUMA North America to deploy Kronos Retail applications

For almost a decade, successful sportlifestyle retailer PUMA has focused on providing an exceptional customer experience while maximizing store productivity. In an effort to maintain and enhance levels of service, PUMA has selected the Kronos for Retail solution, an end-to-end workforce management solution from Kronos Incorporated.

PUMA will deploy Kronos applications for sales and labor budgeting, optimized scheduling, time and attendance, absence management, and workforce analytics across all U.S. Concept and Outlet stores. Kronos will help to further enhance PUMA's retail operations by developing additional processes, optimizing workforce alignment to customer demand, simplifying compliance, and improving store productivity.

Kronos for Retail will integrate labor budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and reporting, leveraging historical sales, customer demand, and store profile data. This will enable Kronos to derive accurate annual and weekly sales and labor plans, which, combined with actual labor spend, will enable enterprise visibility and control of store productivity in real time.
