E-Signature software to streamline supply chain collaboration

Electronic signature capability has been introduced as the newest feature of the TEXbase Connect collaborative software solution. 'E-Sign' allows a paperless and secure online signature to increase the efficiency of communication between apparel brands and their supply chain partners to improve overall product integrity and speed to market.
No longer will material developers need to print, scan, fax, mail or physically sign copies to execute a performance specification, taking weeks to complete the approval process. E-Sign allows users to complete this process in a matter of minutes through the secure, online TEXbase platform.
The electronic signature enables current TEXbase customers to be in agreement on performance specifications to ensure quality standards are met while eliminating exponential costs from flawed materials moving deeper into the product development lifecycle.
Current TEXbase clients benefitting from E-Sign include brands such as Under Armour in addition to fabric mills from Tong Siang to Toyota Tsusho, who have seen immediate advantages utilizing this technology.
Craig Lindemann, Material Development Manager at Under Armour, exclaims "With TEXbase, we can complete performance specifications in half the time, saving us a tremendous amount of effort and actual paperwork with more efficient vendor communication through the web-based system."
E-Sign is the latest addition to the TEXbase Connect software solution, which has quickly become the standard as the only SaaS (Software as a Service) product developed specifically for the Textile Industry. TEXbase Connect improves supply chain collaboration throughout material development, leading to increased innovation and brand integrity while shortening the overall production lifecycle, providing more agility in reacting to changing market trends.
