Travellers has invested in Eurostop's e-rmis retail system. The company has also installed e-pos in its stores located across London and Oxford.

Travellers sells a wide range of variety of its own leather goods under the Lloyd Baker brand including handbags, wallets and suitcases, as well as established brands including Samsonite, Radley, Texier, Fiorelli and Gianni Conti. The company is using Eurostop's solution to manage stock across its stores and has improved stock control, sales and profits as a result of the new reporting system.

Travellers selected Eurostop's solution having evaluated three other competitive products. Eurostop's proven expertise in the retail marketplace and the ease of use of the product were the key reasons for the selection. Since implementing the system Lloyd Baker has been able to use weekly reports to monitor stock sales in each of its stores, identifying poor sellers and also managing the performance of each store.

According to Kaung Aung, Director at Travellers and Lloyd Baker ; “Eurostop was highly recommended to us as a credible supplier to the retail market. We were impressed by the way the system meets our needs, without being overly complex. Its user friendly interface has made it very easy for staff to be quickly up and running.”

“Since implementing the system we have been delighted with the more accurate reports and the control that this has given us on our stock, improving our sales results.”

Travellers has also implemented a stock management and scanning system, enabling it significantly reduce the time taken to carry out stock takes in each of its stores.

Denise Proctor, Sales Executive at Eurostop said; “Successful retailers like Travellers that sell a wide variety of products in multiple outlets need to tightly manage stock movements. Eurostop's systems enable them to keep a close eye on sales, to ensure that stock levels are appropriate to demand. Weekly reports give management the ability to react swiftly to non sellers and ensure profitability is maximised.”

Lloyd Baker started making bags in the UK in 1991 in a tiny garage in London. A family owned business, it has grown from a small operation into a company with offices in three continents.

The company has five UK stores, some called Travellers and some called Lloyd Baker, based in London with a further store in Oxford, which sell a variety of its own leather goods, handbags, wallets and suitcases, as well as travel bags, man bags and briefcases.

As well as its own products, the company stocks other brands including Samsonite, Fiorelli, Radley, Texier and Gianni Conti. All of its products represent a flamboyant flair that all its designers are renowned for.
