Survey names S&T as leading provider of ERP services

S&T is the number 1 supplier of services and integrated ERP systems in Romania. This is reconfirmed by the most recent survey published by Pierre Audoin Consultants (PAC) entitled "ERP Romania in 2008”.

This survey establishes a ranking of companies that distribute ERP applications and companies that provide services associated with this type of solution, based on 2007 financial results. Also according to this survey, S&T is the third ranked overall player in the Romanian market for ERP products and services, bettered only by the application vendors SAP and Oracle.

Focused on the area of providing services and integrated systems, S&T Romania holds a share of over 14% in this particular market. In line with its objectives, the company has fulfilled its 2007 mission – to grow at least at the same rate as the market - S&T Romania achieved growth of approximately 23% in 2007 compared to the corporate figures recorded in 2006, which is above the total market growth of 21.7% during the same period.

The top three companies in the ranking of the top suppliers of services and integrated ERP systems have a combined 40% market share. Although the potential of ERP solutions and related services remains significant for the years 2008-2009, PAC analysts estimate a slowdown of the growth rate, a rearrangement of the players and a repositioning of customers with respect to the existing offerings.

Results emphasize the contribution of the Romanian subsidiary to the Group's efforts to consolidate its position as a leading provider of IT services and consultancy in Central and Eastern Europe. S&T creates added value for its customers across the entire IT supply chain. The Group continues to intensively promote ERP solutions and has excellent resources and skills in this field.

In order to enable the transfer of know-how accumulated within the Group relating to ERP solutions, S&T continues to operate and develop Competence Centers dedicated to ERP solutions. The Group will continue to focus on providing solutions dedicated to industry verticals and ERP solutions integration, with specific solutions provided for different industry verticals. S&T skills and experience in software development will also enable the Group to create solutions tailored to the specific requirements of its customers.
