TradeStone is a true partner for Wilkinson

TradeStone Software, the retail industry's leading provider of private label and global sourcing solutions, announced UK-based retailer Wilkinson is the latest customer to go-live with TradeStone Supplier Management. TradeStone is enabling Wilkinson to have increased communication and collaboration with trading partners to lower costs and improve the performance and the quality of their goods.

Wilkinson no longer has to worry about managing their supplier database through various spreadsheets and programs – with TradeStone they have visibility for the first time on compliance, regulations and supplier report cards. The retailer now has greater control over the audit process and the ability to evaluate their factories and thoroughly vet the quality of their vendors.

TradeStone's Supplier Management solution is enabling Wilkinson to focus on products and their choice of vendors. Supplier Key Performance Indicators drive continuous performance improvement and capture transactional data such as planned vs. actual milestone dates, percentage of Quality Assurance failures and number of late shipments. With TradeStone Supplier Management Wilkinson is improving efficiency in the factory audit process.

Wilkinson is also adding basis points to their bottom line by reducing costs associated with improving the quality of goods, as well as reducing returns and increasing customer satisfaction. Wilkinson's entire supplier data in both the Hong Kong and UK offices is being consolidated through the TradeStone Solution.
