gsi interactive appoints Jan Dobris as VP (Operations)

Nick Pahade, president of gsi interactivesm – a division of GSI Commerce Inc providing comprehensive digital marketing and design offerings announced that Jan Dobris has joined the company as vice president of operations. Dobris will report directly to Pahade and will oversee the day-to-day operations and financial management of the agency.
“gsi interactive has recently grown and expanded with the opening of our New York satellite office and the acquisition of Silverlign. We needed someone who was focused on the overall growth and operational management of the agency,” says Pahade. “Jan has an extensive amount of experience in implementing operational and financial strategies for companies, and was a natural match for this position. We are very excited to have Jan join our team.”

Prior to joining gsi interactive, Dobris was senior vice president and chief financial officer of G2 Interactive, a division of WPP's G2 Worldwide global marketing services network. At G2 Interactive, which ranked among Advertising Age's top interactive agencies in 2008, Jan was a member of the senior management team where she was directly responsible for all financial and fiduciary infrastructure.
