Eurostop is providing a new customer loyalty system for Punkyfish. Primarily a teen brand, Punkyfish manufactures and sells vibrant streetwear that has been inspired by 70's punk and 80's skate and sportswear. The retailer currently has 12 stores across the UK and plans to have up to 20 stores by the end of 2010. In addition, worldwide Punkyfish has several hundred distributors for the wholesale side of the business.
Punkyfish is using Eurostop's e pos and e rmis retail management systems to run its head office, store and warehouse operations. The system has recently been extended to include loyalty data. Customers email addresses are collected at till point, so that the retailer can communicate directly with customers, sending details of special offers, new ranges and events at their local store.
Mr Ahmed, Head of IT at Punkyfish commented, “The Eurostop system has supported our continued growth. The system saves us a lot of time and resource. The system provides timely and accurate data enabling us to make fast business decisions which in part has enabled us to stay profitable in these tough trading conditions.” Mr Ahmed continued, “The customer loyalty module from Eurostop has enabled us to capture details about our customers, so that we are able to communicate with them directly. This has certainly helped us to boost sales.”
Phillip Moylan, Sales and Marketing Manager at Eurostop commented, “Punkyfish has a talented team of designers and quality products. As retailers expand they need solid systems to support that growth. Eurostop is an ideal match for these companies as we are able to provide a tailor-made mix of hardware and software to meet their exact requirements that is scalable for both now and in the future.”
