eSoles brings 3D Foot Scanning Technology

eSoles Custom Footbeds, the world's leading authority in the science and development of custom footbeds, announced that its 3D TruCapture foot scanning technology, eFit custom modular and ePro custom footbeds will be available to spectators this week at the eighth Presidents Cup golf championship at Harding Park Golf Course in San Francisco, California.

The Presidents Cup is a biennial tournament founded in 1994 to give the world's best non-European golf players an opportunity to compete in international team match-play competition. U.S. President Barack Obama will preside over the 2009 Presidents Cup as Honorary Chairman.

eSoles will offer foot scans using its groundbreaking 3D TruCapture Kiosk Scanning System, the most advanced system for foot imaging and analysis available. The system uses precise algorithms to compare customer foot scans to its database of over 100,000 foot scans. This information is used to construct unique custom footbeds tailored to the needs of each customer's feet.

eSoles' 3D TruCapture Kiosks will be located at the main merchandise tent. Scanning will begin on Tuesday, October 6, and continue through the end of the tournament. Hours of operation will be from 8:00 a.m. until approximately 6:30 p.m. eFit custom modular footbeds will be available for purchase, and ePro custom footbeds can be ordered and shipped directly to customers within a week.
