Onstream Media Corporation a leading online service provider of live and on-demand internet video, corporate web communications and content management applications announced that HomeDecShow, LLC has signed a MarketPlace365 Promoter Agreement to develop a virtual tradeshow and business community for the home, textiles, gifts and decorative accessory industry worldwide. The HomeDecShow is planning to launch by late summer 2010.

HomeDecShow's CEO Mitchel Buchwalter has been an industry leader for more than 30 years in the Home Textiles and Accessories Industry. As the former CEO of Lorraine Linens, Inc. and Quaker Lace, which was the leading brand in the home textiles lace industry, manufacturing table linens, window curtains, and bedding products for retail establishments, he brings the relationships, background and experience required to successfully develop the Marketplace365 for this specialized vertical market.

Onstream's MarketPlace365 solution is a lead generation, social media marketing and comprehensive communications platform that enables publishers, associations, trade show promoters and entrepreneurs to rapidly and cost effectively self-deploy their own profitable, online virtual marketplaces.
