UK's hottest label picks Cybertill retail software

One of the UK's hottest labels of the moment, Bolongaro Trevor, has invested in a new retail management system to help manage its London store in Broadwick Street.
Bolongaro Trevor was founded in 2007 and is the brainchild of Kait Bolongaro and Stuart Trevor – the original founders and former designers behind the cult fashion group All Saints Retail.
The store on Broadwick Street has become synonymous with edgy, urban cool. Indeed, recent collaborations with uber-cool bands such as Kasabian and Kings of Leon have helped make the store a mecca for fashionistas.
Due to the increasing level of business, it was decided Bongalaro needed a cutting-edge EPoS system to help manage the stock and business more effectively.
Alan Cunningham, operations manager at the business, commented: “Before Cybertill, we had a manual system. It was proving incredibly labour-intensive just to manage stock, let alone monitor business performance.”
There were several reasons why Bolongaro Trevor chose Cybertill,,as Cunningham explains, all supported by the fact that several of the company's stockists nationwide also use Cybertill to help manage their retail business.
“One of the key facets that attracted us to Cybertill was that the EPoS system is delivered over an internet connection. This will allow us to monitor the business from any location, as well as see live sales figures, so there is no need for overnight polling.
"This is a huge benefit to Stuart and Kait who, due to their hectic schedules, are often out of the country. Now, no matter where they are in the world, they will be able to access Cybertill. From this, they can analyse the business and see up-to-the-minute figures, rather than have to call the office to get what is often an outdated view.”
